Parent consultations are designed to provide individualized guidance and education to support your child’s development and daily functioning. Whether you’re looking for practical tools at home or advocacy support within the school system, parent consultations help you feel informed, confident, and connected to your child’s growth.

Mentorship and Staff Training...$180/hour
Mentorship and training services for occupational therapy practitioners, educators, and support staff to enhance knowledge, confidence, and consistency across settings. Our training is grounded in evidence-based practices and adapted to meet the specific needs of your team or organization.

75-minute Evaluation…$355

An in-home occupational therapy evaluation is the first step in understanding your child’s unique needs and determining whether therapy is recommended. A combination of standardized assessments and informal measures are used to assess your child’s strengths and areas of challenge across developmental domains. The evaluation provides a foundation for goal setting and personalized intervention planning.

30-minute Evaluation Feedback Meeting…$90
This meeting is a required part of the evaluation process for children 3 years and older. While the evaluation itself focuses on observation and assessment, the feedback meeting provides dedicated time to review and explain evaluation results, discuss your child’s strengths and areas of need, share individualized treatment recommendations and answer any questions in a comfortable, parent-focused setting. 

50-minute Therapy Session…$125

30-minute Therapy Session...$90

Evaluations…$500

IEP Meeting Attendance...$125/meeting

Screening…$50/student 

OT IEP Related Services...$125/hour. 

Includes both direct and indirect occupational therapy services.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it limits our ability to offer that time to another family in need.

To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.

Fee structure for missed or late cancellations:

• Changes or cancellations within 48 hours: $25 rescheduling fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments: Full session fee (100%)
