75-minute Initial Evaluation [Home-Based]…$355
A gentle, comprehensive look at your baby’s development in the first year of life. During this session, we assess motor skills, reflex integration, sensory processing, muscle tone, feeding patterns, and overall regulation. We observe how your baby moves, engages, and responds to their environment, and we listen closely to your concerns and goals. You’ll receive clear guidance, individualized recommendations, and a plan to support your baby’s growth, comfort, and developmental progress at home.
50-minute Follow-up Session [Home-Based]…$150
Each session builds on your baby’s individualized plan and may include hands-on techniques such as craniosacral therapy and fascial release, guided play to support motor development, reflex integration activities, feeding and oral-motor support, and strategies to promote nervous system regulation. We’ll check in on your baby’s progress, adjust the plan as needed, and ensure you feel confident using practical techniques at home. These sessions are collaborative, calm, and baby-led—supporting growth, comfort, and connection every step of the way.
75-minute Evaluation [Home-Based or Hopkinton Clinic]…$355
This evaluation is designed for children who are growing, exploring, and taking on bigger challenges in their daily routines. As children become more active and independent, their sensory, motor, emotional, and behavioral needs often become more layered and interconnected. This evaluation takes a comprehensive look at those developing skills to understand how your child is moving, communicating, playing, and participating across home, community, and learning environments.
You can expect a thorough parent interview, play-based and structured assessment, observation of functional tasks, and screening of sensory processing and self-regulation. You will receive a detailed written report with clear, individualized recommendations to support your child’s development and confidence.
50-minute Follow-up Session [Home-Based or Hopkinton Clinic]…$150
Each follow-up session provides ongoing support tailored to your child’s developmental needs. Through play-based activities, hands-on guidance, and real-time caregiver coaching, we work together to build skills that support everyday routines at home and in the community. Each session is flexible and responsive to how your child is doing that day, ensuring continued progress, confidence, and connection.
For infants 0–6 months
30 minute [In-Home Session]...$130
This gentle, hands-on session uses light touch techniques to release tension patterns in your baby’s body, supporting comfort, relaxation, and ease of movement.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it limits our ability to offer that time to another family in need.
To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
